  • Your general admission ticket is ALL-INCLUSIVE with access to the entire 5-day Vibrant Vegan Fest experience, including:

    • A place to set up your own tent/hammock or car camping!

    • All festival activities, workshops & live performances!

    • Three 100% vegan, buffet-style meals each day day! (breakfast, lunch & dinner)

    • Use of on-site facilities including swimming areas, hiking trails & communal spaces!

    • Vendor Village access with handmade goods, wellness services & unique vegan finds!

    • Child-care and family friendly fun + kids activities

  • Vibrant Vegan Fest will be held at Lake Doniphan Camp and Retreat Center in Excelsior Springs Missouri, about 45 minute from downtown Kansas City.

    The nearest airport is Kansas City International (MCI).

    We are offering an optional shuttle service from MCI to the festival grounds for an additional fee.

    The shuttle will depart the airport around at 3PM on Thursday, September 10th, and depart the festival on Monday September 14th at 8am (arriving at the airport by 9am).

    If you would like to take the shuttle, please plan for your flight to arrive no later than 2pm!

  • All meals at Vibrant Vegan Fest are 100% plant-based vegan, and thoughtfully prepared to nourish, energize, and delight.

    Our food is whole food, plant-based, made from scratch onsite under the direction of our chef and kitchen team. You can expect vibrant, flavorful meals built around fresh vegetables, fruits, greens, whole grains, legumes, herbs, and spices — with an emphasis on mostly organic ingredients and produce sourced from local farms whenever possible.

    Rather than relying on heavily processed foods, our kitchen focuses on real, simple ingredients prepared with care, so the food feels grounding, satisfying, and supportive of your body throughout the week.

    We’re also committed to making meals accessible and inclusive. Every day will include:

    • Fruit + Raw options

    • Gluten-free options

    • Soy-free options

    • Nut-free options

    Whether you’re deeply into whole foods living or simply excited to enjoy delicious vegan meals made with intention, you’ll be well-fed, supported, and nourished, without sacrificing flavor, fun, or abundance.

  • No. Vibrant Vegan Fest is a fully substance-free and family friendly event.‍ ‍

    That means no smoking, vaping, alcohol, recreational drugs, or plant medicines are allowed anywhere on the festival grounds.

  • We offer a variety of accommodation options to suit your comfort level & style. An on-site spot to set up your own tent/car/hammock is included in your ticket!

    Optional Housing Add-ons:

    • If you’d like more comfort, privacy, or a hotel-style stay, we offer several different housing options!

    • These housing add-ons are an additional fee on-top of your GA ticket.

    Accommodation Options:

    • RV hookups

    • A bed in a shared dorm-style room (bring your own linens!)

    • Private rustic cabin (2 bunk beds, sleep 4, bring your own linens!)

    • Private hotel-style suit in the main lodge: fully furnished with 2 queen beds and a private bathroom

    These housing upgrades are LIMITED (and will likely sell out!!) and are an additional cost on-top of your GA ticket, and can be added during checkout.

    Families & Shared Rooms: If you’re attending as a family or group of friends and wish to share a private room or cabin, only one person needs to purchase the accommodation add-on. Simply let us know the names of everyone sharing that room or cabin so we can place your group together.

    Stay Off-Site: If you prefer to stay off-site in a nearby hotel, or drive home each night if local, you’re welcome to do that as well. 

  • General Admission Tickets:

    • All general admission festival ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

    • However your ticket may be transferred to someone else.

    Housing Upgrades/Ad-ons:

    • Housing upgrades/ad-ons ARE refundable up until 9/1/2026, or transferable up until the event.

  • Yes!

    We offer flexible payment plans to make joining Vibrant Vegan Fest accessible for everyone!

    How it works: 

    • You can either Pay your full ticket price today OR

    • Pay a deposit now and pay the remaining balance in installments by August 1st, 2026.

    When you go to check out, select “deposit” instead of “full amount” and this will make sure you are only charged for 25% of your ticket price up front.

    After checkout, you’ll receive an email from RegFox with a link to set up your free account, where you can view your balance and make payments anytime.  

    All payments-including the deposit and all installments payments are 100% non-refundable. You may make payments toward your balance at any time through your RegFox account.  

    If you purchase tickets for multiple people and choose a payment plan, you are responsible for all remaining payments for those tickets. If each person wants to pay their own balance, please purchase tickets separately.

    Any remaining balance will be automatically charged on August 1, 2026 to the card used at checkout. Please make sure your payment method stays up to date to avoid failed charges.

  • The festival will be running in the rain or shine! Our venue offers a number of indoor and outdoor facilities, so we’ll be ready to keep the good vibes flowing, no matter the weather.

    We do encourage you to plan accordingly with waterproof gear, layers & sturdy footwear to stay comfortable & enjoy every moment, rain or shine!

  • We recommend bringing the following to ensure you have a comfortable & enjoyable time:

    • A reusable water bottle to stay hydrated

    • Comfortable clothing & layers for outdoor, athletic & camp-style activities

    • Swimsuit for pool & lake fun 🏊

    • Beach towel(s) for swimming or lounging by the water

    • Rain gear in case of showers

    • Sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses)

    • Yoga mat for stretching, yoga & mindfulness

    • Guitars, drums & other instruments for jam sessions & drum circles

    • Tent, sleeping bag, air mattress, or other camping gear (if applicable)

    • Earplugs & eye mask for a peaceful sleep (especially if in a shared dorm)

    • Spending cash for vendors & festival merchandise

    • An open & kind heart for this transformative experience

  • While we love animals & fully advocate for their well-being, we kindly ask that all pets be left at home for this event.

    Unfortunately no pets are allowed on-site, with the exception of certified service animals. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals under this policy.

    This helps ensure a safe & comfortable experience for all guests, both human & animal. Thank you so much for your understanding!
